air yoga // هَواء is the passion project of Anca and her family. That's right, Anca, Charl, her mother, the two dogs, all three cats, even the turtle, our fellow teachers Juliana, Paula and Gabby, all wish you to find benefit and satisfaction from our services.

We focus more on physical practice that lead to mental benefit. Our services include Aerial for ladies, Vinyasa, Restorative, split academies, TRX Yoga and a special class for those that need to take more care during practice - stronger spines.
