Our summer class combines a hatha vinyasa class with a Pilates class. We move through classic hatha poses in a flowing sequence paired with breathing, then take time for a strong Pilates workout.
With our unique sequencing style, you won't get bored doing the same thing daily.

What to expect
A sequence of practice that starts with pranayama to centre your focus.
Almost a full class of hatha vinyasa warmup and mobility work.
We will then start strengthening our core using Pilates methods supported by weights and resistance bands.
The class will still follow our creative sequencing flows, where exercises flow into each other, and each session is unique.

Who should join this class?
This class is an excellent choice for toning and strengthening your body.
Anyone who wants to make the most of the summer, tone and increase their average mobility, should take advantage of this class.
Training for strength and flexibility is a must. You must use it to support your techniques. Techniques alone are no good if you don't support them with strength and flexibility. - Bruce Lee

The class begins with hatha vinyasa for a warm-up, toning, and overall flexibility.

After warming up, we move into a Pilates workout with extra focus on toning and strength.
